At Mee Barsa, we want your jewelry to reach you safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy below.
1. Shipping Partner
We currently ship all orders via Delhivery, a trusted logistics partner across India.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India. For international shipping enquiries, please contact us at anjali@meebarsa.com before placing an order.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of confirmation. Since each piece is handcrafted, processing times may occasionally be longer during high-demand periods; we will inform you if there is a delay.
4. Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities: typically 3–5 business days after dispatch
- Non-metro/remote areas: typically 5–8 business days after dispatch
Delivery timelines are estimates provided by Delhivery and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order. We may offer free shipping on select orders or promotions from time to time.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp so you can track your shipment directly with Delhivery.
7. Packaging
All jewelry is carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Please inspect your package upon delivery and report any visible damage to us within 48 hours at anjali@meebarsa.com with photos of the packaging and product.
8. Undelivered/Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
9. Delays
While we work with reliable courier partners, we are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, courier network issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
